Most of them are fictional or built on a soundstage. For example, the Home Alone stairs and the Labyrinth stairs.
Beyond the obvious (Joker, Exorcist, Rocky), my favorite that you could visit in real life is probably The Spanish Steps featured in the beautiful film Roman Holiday.
