Based on this, I've been doing some thinking about what to establish in the coming twelve months.
Right now, because we need to have people on who are not experts in such things, it looks like our best bet is Signal for text messaging and Protonmail for email. We might wish to have symmetric ciphers distributed to everyone as a backup.
