The Maryland State Police at the request of Baltimore County Police Department have issued a Maryland Child AMBER Alert for 8 year old Ariana Ashley Lockett a black female further described as being 3 feet 3 inches and 45 pounds. The child may be wearing a pink jacket and purple leggings with black hair and braids. The child was last observed at approximately 1041pm in the area of 8200 Liberty Rd. in Pikesville. The child is believed to be in the company of an unknown black male wearing all black clothing. A possible suspect vehicle is a 2013 Gray Honda Accord with a Maryland temp. tag T0925692
