Yurikamome line in Tokyo. This is a video I made in 2015. Over 70,000 views.
It is a night view from the side window of the train. Since it is a long video, the BGM uses the same TD's music twice.

The night view of Tokyo is very beautiful.
This train has no driver. So anyone can take a picture in the lead vehicle.
BGM is "Love On A Real Train" from soundtrack album "Risky Business (1983)" by Tangerine Dream.

This is the monorail in Osaka. Osaka is Japan's second largest city. It connects Osaka Airport and the city.
This monorail was built for the 1970 World Exposition. The small tower seen on the left at around 1:50
is the symbolic tower (called Tower of the Sun) at that time. It is now the Expo Memorial Park.
At Park Station, I changed trains and returned to the airport. In other words, the video is connection of going and returning,
and the last station to arrive is the departure station, Osaka Airport Station.
The weather was bad on that day and the colors were scarce, so I used software to emphasize the colors.
The result is an image that looks like a futuristic city in a sci-fi movie.
BGM is "HORIZON" from live album "POLAND (1984)" by Tangerine Dream.

This is the train that connects Kobe Airport with the city. This train is no ordinary train.
It is an AGT (Automatic Guidway Transit) like the Yurikamome line in Tokyo.
It runs on rubber tires. It is the world's first computer-controlled unmanned driving system.
The video is playing faster than it actually is, to match the tempo of the music.
BGM is "Cool breeze of Brighton" from the live album of TANGERINE DREAM, 1986, UK, BRIGHTON.

This is part-2. This is the video above played in reverse. Backward images are also fun.
BGM is "The Helicopter Attack" from sound track album "The Park Is Mine (1986)" by Tangerine Dream.

I think Montréal has a similar system, but there aren't any in the U.S. The airports in Houston and Atlanta have those light rail systems - @KikisIslandLife is very familiar with those - but they stay on the airport grounds and just shuttle people from terminal to terminal. And Baltimore has two rail stations at the airport: one is the Baltimore Metro line which heads right from the terminal into Camden Yards, the other is BWI Rail Station on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor, which you have to take a connecting bus to from the airport terminal.

And that sounds a lot like Jerome Froese on that song, with the drum beats...

RIKUU WEST LINE
This line is located in Yamagata Prefecture, in the northeastern part of Japan.
It is a regional line connecting coastal cities and inland cities.(However, now, it is out of service due to tunnel construction.)
It is 43km long and takes about 1 hour. This line is not electrified.
Only one driver is driving a two-car diesel train. So we can easily movie shoot from the rear window.
The video was edited by dividing the whole process into 3 parts.
BGM is 3 music from album ARCHITECTURE IN MOTION (1999) by TANGERINE DREAM.

PART-1
The train looks like it is moving forward, but it is the reverse image video from the rear window.
Therefore, the arriving station is the departing station.
The train run through the countryside, and there are many straight rail.
The fields on both sides of the tracks are producing rice. BGM: TIMESQARE

PART-2
The tracks enter the mountainous area from the plains. There are many tunnels.
This video is usually from the rear window image. BGM: ART OF DESTRCUTION

PART-3
The landscape will change from mountains to countryside, to town, and train will arrive at the terminal station.
Just before the station, we will see a brick garage on right side. That is a railway facility built in 1903. BGM: JUNGLE JOURNEY

There are some airplane videos.
The first one is Japan Airlines Osaka-Tokyo route.
Osaka's Itami Airport is inland. So when we take off, we can see the houses and buildings in the city clearly.
The mountain that can be seen above the clouds from around 1:40 is Mt. Fuji. It is the highest mountain in Japan. No snow yet.
The arrival airport is Haneda Airport on the coast of Tokyo Bay.
The BGM is "Astrophobia" from album "Mars Polaris"(1999) by TANGERINE DREAM.

Next, This is All Nippon Airways Tokyo-Osaka route.
Tokyo's Haneda Airport is very large, so it takes a long time to drive on the ground before taking off.
The industrial area along the coast of Tokyo Bay can be seen clearly.
The white mountain that appears around 1:50 is Mt. Fuji. It is covered with snow.
When you start descending, you can see residential areas, housing complexes, and buildings, and arrive at Itami Airport.
BGM is "TANGRAM SET 1" from album "TANGRAM"(1980) by TANGERINE DREAM

Next, This is Japan Airlines Tokyo-Oita route.
Oita is in the southwest of Japan. It is famous for its hot springs.
Oita Airport is located on the coast and is small.
BGM is "TANGRAM SET 2" from album "TANGRAM"

Akita Prefecture is located in the northeastern part of Japan.
No.1 is an airplane video. The mountain with snow that can be seen on the way is called Mt. Chokai. The altitude is 2236m. BGM: Tangerine Dream "Edinburgh Castle"

No. 2 is the Ou Main Line. This line has great features. The red train passing by in the middle of the video is the Akita Shinkansen. Shinkansen is a high speed train. Akita Shinkansen is called a mini Shinkansen because it has a smaller body than a normal Shinkansen because it uses stations and tunnels of conventional lines. In Japan, Shinkansen tracks are 1435mm and conventional lines are 1067mm. The track looks like a double track from the middle, but the track on the right is dedicated to Akita Shinkansen. Also, part of the track on the left side has a 3 rail track for Shinkansen trains to pass each other. The video looks like it's moving forward, but it's actually a reverse image shot from the rear window. BGM: Tangerine Dream "Flock of Bluebirds"x2

No.3 is the Akita Inland Across Railway. This is a diesel-car track for a single-car train. It is a railway that runs through the inland area of the prefecture. BGM: Tangerine Dream "Calymba Caly"

Wow...I had no idea that the Shinkansen had a different gauge than the regular tracks. The closest we have here is the Acela, which runs on the regular track.

There are several projects for high speed rail in the U.S. which are building very slowly, thanks to the government not funding them adequately. :grump: It would clearly make sense from a service standpoint for the northeast corridor (Boston to Richmond) and the California coast (Sacramento to San Diego).
