I have always had a lot of meat in my diet, and unless something drastic happens I'm probably keeping it this way.

I just had a lovely vegetarian meal for lunch. I watch my consumption of meat...but I'm certainly not a fanatic about it. I do eat and enjoy meat. And really, it's the most efficient way to include protein in our diets.

I have tried some of the plant based meat subsitutues and they weren't bad. I prefer meat over those for sure though.
