Philly Cheesesteak

Oh HELL yeah. The addition of the cherry peppers at the end of this one is an inspired choice. The Philly people will say it needs Cheez-Whiz, but what the hell do a bunch of Phillies fans know, right? The white 'Murrican cheese is the way to go with this one. Heck, my own experiments with this have tended towards cheddar, and sharp cheddar at that, which is absolutely fine because there is no circumstance under which sharp cheddar cheese is not fine.

Yum!!! I love a great Philly cheesesteak. Mushrooms and peppers are a must for me! There's this place locally that's called Texadelphia. I want to try them soon!
