I thought MAYbe I'd try and keep track of my reading here. Since Goodreads only tracks books and 98% of my reading is fanfic.....

Anyway SO.

I just recently finished an actual book: A Taste of Gold and Iron by Alexandra Rowland
I'm on page 115 of Crowbones by Anne Bishop and page 205 of The Scum Villain's Self Saving System VOL. 2 by Mò Xiāng Tóng Xiù

Now - - -

I just finished a 300k words Star Wars rewrite. That was fabulous edge of providence by adiduck (book_people), whimsicalimages

An Untamed fic that I'd been following for a well over a year posted the last chapter at 13k bringing the whole thing to just under 230K (I'm gonna have to reread from the beginning at some point. if you can't beat them, recruit them by moeblobmegane

Another 100K Star Wars time travel fixit. She has 2 more parts to post. A Future in Motion by TrekCat (Rachel500)

And Chapter 23 of Hiraeth by BeautifulFiction which is a Merlin rewrite and puts it at 93K.

Possibly the most fanficcy title ever.

Oh yeah, it really is! It's a riff on a transmigration trope. You know - when the reader/gamer is sucked into the book/movie/game?

Shen Yuan is pulled into an online novel that he HATES cause it's TERRIBLE and ends up in the villain's body. The scum villain, Shen Qingqiao, ends in a really bad way. So Shen Yuan sets about changing his fate since he's now The Villain. And the System is the "guiding computer" which keeps him on track, in check, gives points and bonuses, makes deductions for mistakes, etc.

I recced the cartoon for it up in the other topic way early on.

AND everyone calls it SVSSS, even the chinese readers because the letters of title in chinese is something like RTXCHXLM
