Acer Aspire E 15

Post by Atlantic »

Very impressed by what I have seen of this model. If you like processing power, I'd go with the i5; if you'd like to cut down on the $600 price tag, maybe go with the i3-8130...but I'd seek 8 GB of RAM either way, to be honest.

The only drawback might be its weight. If you're a road warrior, or an on-the-go type, consider an option where you won't have to lug it quite so much - like a backpack, perhaps. (Of course, no one is really on the road at this point, but we will be back to it eventually!)
Effective. Responsive. Inexpensive. That's Atlantic.

Acer has a good budget laptop out, too, the Swift 3. I guess the real question is about the processor - it's a Ryzen 7. Anything anyone has seen on compatibility issues?
