More proof that YT kind of sucks: the reason this is unavailable (as of the time of this posting, 1Jul2023) is that somebody did an apparently completely bogus copyright claim on this song, then copyright-struck the channel that posted it. Of course, YT doesn't check this out at all and just complies, meaning that the channel was immediately taken down and the poster will now have to challenge the strikes in court. This is sick crap.
A YT guy has compiled a single huge video of all of the songs Jay Kay had going on his channel, both solved and not solved (with the exception of "Fond My Mind", the "copyrighted" song). Pretty amazing.

We now have, as of the end of last year, a definitive solution for both "Fond My Mind" (a/k/a "The Most Mysterious Song from Brazil on the Internet", which is actually from Brazil, at least in part) and the Filthy Frank "Kenya" song (which is actually Ugandan, g'fig). Whang has the story, and it is a good one:

ETA: No idea if now the original guy who wrote and recorded this song will now go after the guy who copyright-struck Jay Kay, as this was the song that he based it on!
