TIL that the last person to be drafted in an NFL draft is called that year's "Mr. Irrelevant". What a wild thing to call them.
The most famous Mr. Irrelevant so far is 49ers Quarterback Brock Purdy who led his team to the playoffs twice. He was also rookie of the month twice in 2022.
Famously Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson failed to be drafted to an NFL team and ended up instead on the practice squad for the Calgary Stampede. So he's less than irrelevant?
